DELIVERY INFORMATION

When will my order be delivered?

We understand that getting your pet’s products quickly is very important to you and therefore we make every effort to process and fulfill your order as fast as possible.
Delivery Charges:
Pet Village offers FREE delivery on orders of AED 75/- or more.
For orders under AED100 we charge a delivery fee of AED20.00
Dubai Same Delivery Before order placed 10am
  • If items are available in stock, we will deliver within the above standard delivery terms.
  • If items are out of stock, there will be a delay in deliveries for such items as our suppliers are closed over public holidays.
  • We can arrange for split delivery at no extra cost to our customers – items available in our own stock will be delivered as per our standard delivery terms, items that need to be ordered with the suppliers will be delivered after the holiday period.
  • We do apologize for any delays. Please plan your orders over public holidays accordingly.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Deliveries to other Emirates can take up to 2-3 working days to be delivered.
Please note that in the event of any sales across our website, there may also be a delivery delay of up to 1 – 2 days

Other Emirates:

Standard Delivery: There is a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders, with most orders sent out for delivery within 24 business hours. We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible.

Remote Area: Outside Cities, Please contact us.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.

If you have placed multiple orders then we will try to combine your orders & deliver them all together and you will only be charged with only one shipping fee. If multiple orders were placed at different times, then a separate shipping fee will be applied since those orders will be shipped separately. Customer Service Hotline +971 5252 31 454.

We deliver your orders on our specially designed temperature control vans with a large storage area to ensure that your order will be delivered to you in perfect condition. Items which require refrigeration (not frozen) will be delivered to you in ice boxes to ensure the temperature is well maintained during transit. Please note that we do not deliver frozen or Live items.

Standard Delivery – There is a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders. 

Once your order has been placed, provided all items are in stock, and the delivery time has been confirmed, your order will be delivered within the next 24hrs. We currently do not ship overseas.

You will get an order confirmation message through Email. Once we get any order we will check the order details as well. after that, We confirm the order By sending messages/calls.

We will ship your orders as soon as possible once you confirmed them.

Yeah, You will receive an email with details of your order. you can check also from your account Dashboard.

Our wishlist is a virtual shopping list provided by Pet Village Dubai that shows items that an individual or couple would like. Friends of the individual/couple can then search for the specific list and purchase an item from it, confident that they are buying something the individual/couple wants and will appreciate.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, You Can send your item to: {physical address}. Or Contact Our shop. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
